The lastest breakthrough in new psychiatry meds is Abilify Maintena. Currently, it is only FDA-approved for the treatment of Schizophrenia. But remember all those TV ads about Abilify being used to make your antidepressant work better? This is that same Abilify… So, the hope is that take people will have the option to take a little shot once a month, and then no more need for the did-I-take-it argument-in-my-head discussions. And that much more time for the things in life that we enjoy.
