Tom Barone Named President and Chief Operating Officer of MDLIVE
SUNRISE, Fla., May 20, 2016 — MDLIVE, the nation’s leader in the rapidly growing virtual health market, today announced that Tom Barone has been appointed president and chief operating officer.
Barone brings more than 20 years of operations, supply chain, client service, business development, call center, eCommerce and executive leadership experience to MDLIVE from companies including eBay Enterprise, Bank of America and General Electric. In his role new role, Barone oversees MDLIVE’s operations; call center and infrastructure organizations.

Prior to MDLIVE, Barone was vice president of North American operations at eBay Enterprise, where he led fulfillment and transportation, customer service, and omnichannel solutions across the business. Other executive leadership roles include COO at Accretive Commerce and senior vice president of marketing and strategy at Bank of America, as well as various leadership roles at GSI Commerce and GE Plastics. Tom has a BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a master of management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Barone reports directly to MDLIVE Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Randy Parker.
