Elliott Promoted to Lead Talent Management at Cone Hospital

Kiva Elliott, PHR, has been promoted to executive director of talent management for Cone Health.

GREENSBORO, NC August 03, 2017 – Talent management works with employees from recruitment and selection, to development, performance management, and compensation. In this role, she will ensure that Cone Health has the skilled workforce to meet current and future needs. Elliott has been with Cone Health for six years. She has worked as the manager of organizational change and most recently as the director of the enterprise project and portfolio management office.

Prior to joining Cone Health, Elliott worked in a variety of businesses including financial services and human resources consulting. She has held various roles in organizational development, human resources, recruitment and retention.

Elliott has a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Winston-Salem State University and a Master’s of Science degree in organizational development from North Carolina A&T State University.
