Ochsner Annual Research Night Highlights Biomedical Research
NEW ORLEANS – May 9, 2011 – On Tuesday, May 10, 2011, Ochsner Health System will host its 8th Annual Research Night. This annual event highlights biomedical research at Ochsner including poster displays of recently published or soon-to-be published clinical research projects. At Ochsner Research Night, clinicians and scientists discuss their research projects and investigators will present recent studies and findings.
The event is not open to the public.
"Ochsner was founded on the principles of academics and continues to invest in multiple research and education initiatives," says Dr. William W. Pinsky, Chief Academic Officer at Ochsner.
The event will take place from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm in the Brent House Atrium and will offer CME and CNE credit to attendees.
